Our Maison de Charme Villa Margherita is located in S.Angelo a small fishing village rich of charme.
Here in 1933 found unexpected landing a young german woman, Linda Penzel, that fell in love with this unique place and with the man of her life, Alberto Mattera.
Their daughter Margherita was born from the union of these two souls, to whom the name of the villa is dedicated.
The connection of these two talented souls led to the foundation and the development of S.Angelo for a great passion for hospitality.

The location is unique, quiet and relaxing, suitable for guests
attracted by the charm of details.

Villa Margherita offers to guests the entire space on the first floor of the house with:
- three bedrooms in honor of Linda and Alberto
- two very comfortable bathrooms with courtesy service
- a small but equipped kitchenette
- a living room with a coffee corner
- a nice library
- a washing machine with a table and an iron
- a furnished terrace with a splendid view of the sea.
All the linen needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay is always available.
A cleaning service is available and included twice a week.

Our property overlooks the wide stretch of water that extends to Capri.
Here tranquillity and privacy are dominant .
The Maison de Charme is accessible by a private passage, walking trough the Piazzetta of S.Angelo and the terrace of the Hotel Miramare or taking the old path that leads to the Fumarole beach.
There are three entrances with complete autonomy for our guests.
